Found on Saatchi Gallery (Cian Corrigan)

I stumbled over this the other day and had forgotten all about it, my art teacher in six year must have posted it, it really brings back memories i think i spent more time in that art room than anywhere else !!

Photo Description:
Cian Corrigan took responsibility for designing and painting the set for 6th Year Graduation Ceremony. The theme for this years graduation was 'A Time For Change'. Cians design developed from the concept of ancient Greek/Roman architecture and characters evolving into students who have completed their studies and are embarking on a new path/cycle in their lives.

Recently There was an online gallery relating to heritage it was titled "mother tongue"
and this was my submission, inspired by the Tree of Memories Ceremony that is still
annually held in my past school. This ceremony remembers all of the students and
family members over the years that have past away. They are remembered with a
brass tag that hangs on this tree, one tag for every friend we have lost.
Every name that has been placed on this tree over the years takes priority on this poster.

Wizard of Oz

Photoshop Painting was a first for me when we got a project on it last year, the brief was to design a graphic novel cover for the wizard of oz. it was enjoyable but very time consuming so many different stages but I plan to do another one early this year. I was happy with the result.

Hot Sauce Packaging design

Alright ! so just one more for to-night a recent project that i really enjoyed and got to have a bit of fun with.

So This one was actually a live project for a new Mexican hot sauce to be sold in farmers market so it was turned to a bit of a competition "still waiting for the winner!".
anyway I really enjoyed this one it was very free to what we were able to do for it so i got to mix it up and do a few little pepper and vegetable characters I think it might have went a bit to far in the roughs they really came to life for me it's projects like that that I'd really like to just hand up my roughs as a second finished piece.
Ok ! So This is Obviously a new page so lets start with now!
Most recent work and I'll just post up other stuff as it comes, along with older work.

So recently as an assignment we all got individual tittles for a poster design and a flash video my tittle was "The 19th Century Opium Trade" so obviously the oriental style was a must, went with the idea of "Chasing the dragon" was actually happy with the poster but not so much the flash video I think that's a post for another day.
